Strip Steak

Excellent for low and slow cooking, the strip steak is cut from a brisket-like roast. A nice marinade with wine or orange juice will also help make it fork-tender. If you feel adventurous and want to go tropical, use pineapple juice instead!

Size: Boneless, 1” thick, individually vacuum packed, ~0.5 lb. each.
