KOL Foods Buying Clubs

In addition to sending orders to your front porch via FedEx, KOL Foods offers minimized shipping rates through our Buying Clubs. To use a Buying Club, simply order normally and then choose your local club as your shipping method during checkout (if a club is active, it will be listed with all of the FedEx options). Then you and your clubmates will pick up the orders on a specified date at one central location.

Generally we have clubs for Winter (at select locations), Pesach, July 4th (at select locations), Rosh Hashanah, and Thanksgiving. In addition, we can set up a club for you whenever there is enough interest to warrant the shipping costs. Please click on the links below to view information about each club.

Buying Club Policies

  • If you place more than one order and the total weight is under 100lbs we will partially refund the second shipping charge, however, $5 will be charged for fulfillment. The refund(s) will be issued within 15 business days after the pick-up date.
  • Your order must be picked up during the pick-up time. No exceptions or refunds.
  • In order to receive your order on the above date, the club must have at least 10 participants (to cover shipping). If the Club does not have enough participants, you will have the option of upgrading to regular FedEx shipping or canceling your order.
  • KOL Foods cannot guarantee delivery dates and times. In the event of a delay, KOL Foods will notify customers as soon as possible about updated pick-up times. KOL Foods is not responsible for shipping-related delays.
