A sure winner for a family supper
Could be Rosh HaShanah, a Pesach Seder, or any special family supper, or any family gathering post-COVID-19. The standing rib roast is virtually impossible to mess up. Whether rare, medium, or well-done is one’s preference the taste of this roast is sure to please and satisfy any beef eater’s appetite. We cook the roast tented with foil on a bed of sliced onions with water or wine. We also imbed a good number of garlic cloves along the ribs.
