Welcome to the nation's only source of regeneratively raised, 100% grass-fed and grass-finished kosher beef.
At KOL Foods, we know our cattle and tell you their story. We are committed to transparency, sustainability, animal welfare, your health and offering the most delicious meat on the market.
We believe that all animals should consume diets they were biologically intended to eat and roam freely outdoors. As a result, our beef is raised on open pasture just how nature intended. We work with farmers to transition to Regenerative Grazing management and through our products, to create financial incentives to help change agriculture. Regenerative ranchers not only positively impact their local ecosystems, but the world at large. Their meat is more nutritious and the animals are treated with dignity.
"Just a little" grain is not the same! Although "just a little" grain may not sound like much, it makes a big difference. Grass-fed beef's benefits disappear after just a short while on grain.
AT: American Tradition Beef
Our American Tradition line of beef is the nation's only source for domestic regenerative 100% grass-fed and grass-finished glatt-kosher beef. Our AT beef is well-marbled and tender.
GR: Grassland Range Beef
Our Grassland Range line of beef was our answer to you, our customers, who requested a leaner and more affordable supply of 100% grass-fed and grass-finished beef.
OT: Old Tradition Cuts
Our Old Tradition Cuts are produced from the hindquarters of our US-grown AT Beef according to the strictest standards. Like our AT Beef, these special cuts are well-marbled, more tender, and an important part of nose-to-tail eating.
All KOL Foods beef products are glatt kosher. The hechshers are found on the butcher's label on the back of each package.
