Our baby lamb chops are very well trimmed but not Frenched - the perfect balance so you get to enjoy more yummy meat.

A true gastronomic treat. These are the kind of chops one can only get from a real butcher. They will not be out in the refrigerator case in any supermarket I know. When I've tried the packaged kosher lamb chops, I lose almost one-half of each chop to get something as nicely trimmed as KOL's.
These extraordinary treats are surprisingly satisfying. Two chops apieceare our usual servings for supper with vegetables or salad, and some crusty bread. KOL Baby Lamb Chops make a special meal that rivals, or surpasses, KOL fine steaks.
