Cowboy Steak

Our cowboy steak is a thick boneless ribeye steak cut between the ribs that can easily feed 1-2 people. Rich, juicy, flavorful, with generous marbling throughout. Fun fact: some theorize that the Cowboy Steak got its name when the cowboys would eat the cut of steak with their hands, using the bone as a handle!

Ways to cook: Grill, pan/skillet cook, roast

Size: Boneless chuck steak, ¾” thick, individually vacuum packed
