Our unrendered beef tallow is bursting with nutrients, including Omegas 3 and 6, and is high in CLAs. Our beef fat adds a great depth of flavor to a variety of meals, including baking! Once rendered, it’s shelf-stable and great for frying. Tallow fried latkes and French Fries are amazing!
