Asian Noodle Salad

If you are a salad person, we recommend that you try this recipe! The overall asian flavor of the dish meshes perfectly with our fresh, pastured chicken. A taste you likely won't find anywhere else! 

Sweet Chile Chicken

  • 3 Grilled chicken breasts, skinless and boneless
  • 3 teaspoons sweet chile sauce

1. Slice the cooked chicken into slices

2. Mix chicken together with chile sauce

3. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve with noodles and salad

Seasoned Udon Noodles

  • 1 7oz package udon noodles
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/3 cup prepared sesame vinaigrette
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil

1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil

2. Add udon noodles and cook until tender per package directions

3. Drain well and rinse with cool water

4. Immediately toss with olive oil

5. Cover and refrigerate until chilled

6. When ready to serve, toss the chilled noodles with vinaigrette, lemon juice, soy sauce and sesame oil.

Vegetable Salad

  • 1/3 cup prepared sesame vinaigrette
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chile sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup green asparagus, 1 1/2 inch bias cut and blanched
  • 1/2 cup snow peas, 1 1/2 inch bias cut
  • 1/4 cup carrots, matchstick cut
  • 1/4 cup red bell pepper, 1 1/2 inch julienned
  • 1/2 cup green onions, bias cut
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons sesame seeds

1. In a large bowl, whisk together the vinaigrette, chile sauce, lemon juice and soy sauce

2. Add remaining ingredients, reserving half of the green onions for garnish
