- 1 KOL Foods Pastured Whole Duckling
- Kosher salt and pepper to taste
1. Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees F.
2. Make a few slits in the skin and season with salt and pepper.
3. Roast duckling for 45 minutes breast side up, then 45 minutes breast side down, and then another 45 minutes breast side up.
4. Remove from oven and let duckling rest for about 10 minutes before carving.
