This flavorful and slightly spicy sausage originated in France but was perfected in southern Louisiana. This Cajun favorite is great on its own and is excellent in a gumbo or jambalaya, with red beans and rice, and in stews, pasta dishes, and soups. Our Turkey Andouille Sausage comes fully cooked and can quickly be thrown onto a pan/skillet cook for a tasty meal!
