Turkey wings are perfect for people that don't want to make a whole turkey, or maybe your family just like the wings. These wings are super easy to make, and are basically foolproof! Give them a try!
- 2.5 lbs. Turkey Wings
- 1 large lemon cut into 4 wedges
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 2 teaspoons seasoning salt
- 1 teaspoon minced onions
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1.5 tablespoons paprika
- 2 teaspoons parsley flakes
- 2 teaspoons poultry seasoning
- 2.5 cups of turkey broth
Rinse the turkey wings, then rub all surfaces of the wings with the lemon wedges.
Place the wings into a large bowl or dish, and drizzle the wings with olive oil.
Sprinkle all of the seasonings onto the wings, and rub the seasonings in.
Remove the wings from the bowl and place them on an oiled baking dish.
In the bowl the wings were in, there will be leftover seasonings. Pour 2.5 cups of broth, stir, and then pour the broth into the baking dish.
Cover the baking dish. Cook the wings in the oven on 350 F for 1.5 to 2 hours.
Periodically remove the wings from the oven and baste.
