Tex Mex Pepper Steak

- 1 – 1.5 lbs KOL Foods Pepper Steak, or a small KOL Foods Silver Tip Roast, sliced into strips. Lamb lovers can use KOL Foods Lamb Shawarma, of course
All of the below ingredients are optional and changeable to your taste. Let us know when you come up with a fantastic flavor combination!
- Bell peppers and onions
- 1-2 chopped hot chili peppers
- fresh cilantro, chopped
- Juice of 1 lime
- Your favorite taco or hot sauce
- Diced tomatoes
- Slices of avocado
- Chopped lettuce
- Shredded cabbage slaw (go easy on the mayonnaise, or use a vinegar based dressing you like)
- Shredded parve "cheese"
Sauté the bell peppers and onions, then quickly sear the steak strips.
Place steak in a burrito or taco shells and choose additional ingredients to create your favorite combination.
