Asian Style Pepper Steak

Asian Style

  • 1 – 1.5 lbs KOL Foods Pepper Steak, cooked as above
  • ½ cup tamari or soy sauce
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • ¼ cup orange juice
  • ¼ cup of Saki or white wine
  • 2-3 tsp grated fresh ginger in according to your taste.

Optional:

  • 1 cup diced tomato
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup mango chunks
  • 1 cup fresh snow peas
  • Fresh basil

Simmer tamari or soy sauce, maple syrup, orange juice, sake, and ginger over low heat for fifteen minutes. Add any of the optional ad-ins cook just long enough to warm up. Add more fresh ginger at the end, if desired. Toss the pepper steak in the sauce and serve over a bed of rice.
