Lamb Meatballs
Mix up how you traditionally make meatballs and try this ground lamb meatball recipe! They are wonderful served over rice, pasta, or couscous.
Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground lamb
- ¼ cup bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- ¼ teaspoon oregano
- ¼ teaspoon thyme
- ¼ teaspoon basil
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- ½ teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
Scoop (with cookie scoop) or roll into balls and place on parchment paper on jelly roll pan
Bake in 425F oven until browned, about 15 minutes.
Serve with rice or oiled noodles.
