We take special care to make sure our products arrive frozen and in good condition. All orders are shipped in insulated containers, with dry ice to keep your KOL Foods meat at a safe temperature. Please visit our Shipping page for further shipping information.

How do you ship orders?

We do our utmost to make the delivery of your order smooth and easy. KOL Foods ships orders directly to your doorstep or to your local Buying Club throughout the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We currently do not ship internationally or to P.O. boxes. 

Where do you ship?

We currently ship all over the United States. We ship with FedEx, and when possible we use ground service.

What is your shipping schedule?

For 1 day shipments, orders placed before noon Monday through Wednesday will ship out the same day and arrive the next day. For orders placed on Thursdays, the order will arrive on Friday only if Friday delivery is okayed at checkout. We do not ship orders on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.

For 2 day shipments, orders placed before noon Monday through Tuesday will ship the same day and arrive two days later. Orders will only ship on Wednesday if Friday delivery is okayed at checkout.

When is your order deadline?

Orders placed before noon (Eastern) on a shipping day will be sent out that same day. Orders placed after noon (Eastern) will be shipped out the following shipping day. Please keep in mind that this can mean a shipping delay of several days and plan accordingly. For example, if a 2-Day shipping (Ground or Express) order is placed after 12 noon EST on a Wednesday, it will not ship until the following Monday.

To ensure your receive your order in time for Passover 2022, please place your order by April 6th.
