Here is yet another simple, yet delicious salmon recipe! This one only takes 15 minutes, so is great if you need to make a healthy meal in a hurry.
- 2 teaspoons dill weed
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon salt‐free lemon‐pepper seasoning
- ½ teaspoon ground cumin
- 4 salmon fillets (4 ounces each), skin removed
1 tablespoon oil
Lemon wedges, optional
1. Combine the dill, chili powder, lemon‐pepper and cumin; rub over fillets.
2. In a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray, cook salmon in oil over medium‐high heat for 3‐4 minutes on each side or fish just begins to flake with a fork. Serve with lemon if desired.
