Honey-Garlic Roasted Turkey Thighs
Ingredients

4 KOL Foods bone-in turkey thighs (skin on)

3 tbsp olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

2 tbsp raw honey

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

1 tsp paprika
-
1 tsp dried thyme
-
1 tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Pat thighs dry (this gives crisp skin).

Mix olive oil, garlic, honey, mustard, vinegar, and spices.

Rub generously under and over skin.

Roast 45–60 minutes until internal temp reaches 175°F–180°F (dark meat benefits from slightly higher temp).

Rest 10 minutes before serving.
Chef Tip: Finish under broiler for 2–3 minutes for crackling skin.
Pairs beautifully with roasted carrots + sweet potatoes.
