Honey-Garlic Roasted Turkey Thighs

Ingredients

  • 4 KOL Foods bone-in turkey thighs (skin on)

  • 3 tbsp olive oil

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 tbsp raw honey

  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard 

  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 1 tsp dried thyme

  • 1 tsp salt

  • ½ tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. Pat thighs dry (this gives crisp skin).

  3. Mix olive oil, garlic, honey, mustard, vinegar, and spices.

  4. Rub generously under and over skin.

  5. Roast 45–60 minutes until internal temp reaches 175°F–180°F (dark meat benefits from slightly higher temp).

  6. Rest 10 minutes before serving.
