Braised Turkey Thighs with Onions & Red Wine

4 KOL Foods turkey thighs

2 large onions, sliced

3 carrots, chopped

4 cloves garlic

2 tbsp tomato paste

2 cups dry kosher red wine

2 cups KOL Foods poultry broth

2 sprigs rosemary
-
2 sprigs thyme
-
Salt + pepper
-
Olive oil
Instructions

Sear thighs skin-side down in Dutch oven until browned.

Remove, sauté onions + carrots.

Add garlic + tomato paste (cook 1 minute).

Deglaze with wine.

Add broth + herbs. Return turkey.

Cover and braise at 325°F for 1.5–2 hours.
Meat should be nearly falling off bone.
This is ideal for Friday cook-ahead — flavor deepens overnight.
