Crescent Steak on the Grill

The perfect easy marinade. Simply toss your crescent steaks in this marinade for a few hours and then throw them on the grill! That's it folks! 

Ingredients:

2 lbs KOL Foods Crescent Steak

1 cup olive oil 

2 cloves garlic

1/2 bunch fresh thyme 

1 tsp freshly ground pepper

Sea salt to taste

Directions: 

  1. Puree olive oil, garlic cloves, fresh thyme, and ground pepper in a blender or food processor to make the marinade. 
  2. Marinate steaks for at least 4 hours or as long as overnight. 
  3. Season your steaks to taste with salt just before grilling. 
  4. Grill to your desired doneness - we recommend medium rare, or to an internal temperature of 130°F.
  5. Rest and enjoy!
